Micromobility as a post-war tool for rebuilding mobility in Ukraine: trade-off perspectives of public transport integration
The aim of the project is to examine the trade-off perspectives of integrating micromobility with public transport by analysing the operation and interaction of these modes and the resulting stakeholders’ perspectives.
The research objectives are:
(1) analyse pre-war travel behaviour trends in Ukraine and identify the interplay between micromobility and public transport;
(2) investigate the impact of war on travel behaviour in Ukrainian cities;
(3) identify the conditions and determinants of mode choice between micromobility and public transport;
(4) develop a methodology to assess the trade-offs and impacts of integrating micromobility with public transport on the economy, environment, and society.
