Curriculum vitae of Romeo GIULIANO (ENG)
Romeo Giuliano received the Telecommunication Engineering degree cum laude in 1999, the Master in Business Engineering in 2001 and the Telecommunications and Microelectronic Engineering Ph. D degree in 2004 from University of Rome Tor Vergata, Rome, Italy. From 2005 to 2011 he was a contract professor of Wireless Transmission in this University.
Since 2001 he joined the Consorzio Università Industria Laboratori di Radiocomunicazioni (RadioLabs), a research consortium specialized in wireless communication. Since 2011 he is assistant professor in Department of Enterprise Engineering at University of Rome Tor Vergata and he is the holder of the course Mobile Multimedia Networks.
During its research he was involved in several European project on ultra-wideband (UWB) and 4G systems. Currently he is working on OFDM-based system analysis, GNSS localization systems and Info-logistics systems. Other research interests are on mobile access systems, local area technologies, wireless sensor networks and UWB technology. He is author or co-author of more than 60 papers in international Journals and Conferences.
